He’s seen first-hand how leaders want to hire well & grow teams of volunteers, but there are a lot of missed opportunities and decisions made before we really know the person. His passion is to bring successful business leadership tools and a new “people-science” to church leaders that helps them to honor all and increase pastoral effectiveness.
